Recently, more and more often, around the world and in my life, the theme of sincerity and honesty sounds. Honesty to ourself first and foremost. The theme of the right to be who you are, admitting it to yourself and accepting yourself in it.But at the same time it raises the question of vulnerability. Until when, and in what situations, do we need to shed our protective armor in order to comprehend ourselves and this world? Down to the clothes, down to the skin, or right down to the exposed nerves, heart, and soul? Or are there still too many moments where losing that armor is akin to being completely defenseless? How much of each of us is ready to dare and stand, at least before ourselves, without all those superficial masks, and say to ourselves, and then, someday, to the whole world: «In fact, I'm like this!»I think it's time to open up and show up.
