Lilacs are one of my favorite spring flowers. Its intoxicating smell is an incomparable pleasure for me. You know, when lilacs are in bloom, in Russia small children often play the following game: you have to find a flower with 4 or 5 petals in a bunch of buds, make a wish and eat this flower. Then the wish is sure to come true, really, I checked when I was little.
